Is Agile Dead?

Done with Agile? 

I don't think it's done yet, but the whole "one size fits all" thing? That's gotta go. 

 

You know how everyone's always hyping up this framework or that framework? Turns out, it's more about making it work for YOU. Just blindly following a method, not so much the answer. 

 

I'm seeing the best results with companies, especially growing ones, who take bits and pieces of different approaches – sometimes Agile, sometimes a bit more old-school – and make their own special blend that fits their situation. 

 

The key, honestly, is getting teams to experiment, change things up, see what works. It's all about finding that sweet spot that's tailored to them. 

 

That's how you get people working together like a well-oiled machine. ⚙️
